Work life balance is a real problem. But For a fast paced e commerce company you gotto be like that. Lazada Management can improve some things like 1) Make English Mandatory in meetings. Some talk in Chinese. They feel comfortable in talking Chinese than English. 2) Respect paid leave. you get Work calls in Paid leave/Holidays. If your code doesn't work, you will get call anytime and you should fix it even in your annual holiday. These are the cons. I think Overall it was a great Learning experience for me.
