Worst company I have ever worked for - Recensione dipendente - Area Manager presso Lazer Logistics

There is a clear decided in upper management and its employees. As an area manager, I did the best I could for my drivers. When going to other sites I heard too many times how those drivers never met the manager. Management abuses funds that should be given to the drivers and little effort is made by the majority to make things better for the drivers. This company steps over a dollar to pick up a dime. Expected to work 70 hours+ to make ends meet. Management will forge hours sheet to make you work. Threaten drivers if they don’t come in because management does not want to work. CLEAR Racial devide it’s a CYA environment
