No raise. No bonus. Hostile work environment. No perks. No respect. No appreciation. Unqualified leadership. Promotions based on popularity, not qualifications. Beat up spotters. Spotters are never ever cleaned or disinfected. No water to wash hands. No first aid kits. Office and break room over run with roaches. Cannot leave the property without punching out. However the refrigerator and microwave are filthy and roach infested, so there’s no place ro warm or store food. That’s just to name a few.
