As with many fast-growing companies, some processes still feel reactive or inconsistent. More defined career ladders for ICs would help clarify growth paths.

Smart people, ok culture, some bright spots in the product

Overall experience was meh. There's a strong desire to move everything to AI and we've lost a lot of good people.
