Small company, agile, nice benefits, good work/life balance. People are great- positive group of employees. Supervisors are sympathetic.

Upward mobility is limited due to the size of the company and onboarding new employees is inconsistent

• Easy way to get initial sales experience and manage your own accounts • Direct client exposure early on • Interesting industry, generally easy to work in if you like sales • Coworkers in office are supportive and make the job more manageable

• Leadership is inconsistent. Expectations and policies change frequently • Low-trust environment; culture is driven more by pressure than support • Little to no mentorship, training, or sales strategy. You are expected to figure it out on your own • No team-based goals or collaboration. You are fully responsible for everything from the start • Even in complex or sensitive situations, there is little guidance or legal support, and expectations can vary widely depending on who you ask • No clear path for advancement within 5 years.
