This company does offer bonuses, free meals (mostly breakfast) and has nice office events. They attempt to create a fun culture but too many issues to actually get the culture they want. Most of your colleagues are respectful and great people to work with.

I do not recommend this company for entry level or mid career level individuals. You may survive as a senior person, but you won’t be happy here. You will not receive the growth nor development opportunities you’ll need. A lot of ppl who have worked hard and put in lots of overtime were overlooked for promotions and they bought outsiders in. Most departments operate without much direction. Management is very bad and does not provide the proper oversight that is needed. They are also poor communicators and team builders which has given way to the bad culture at this company (I.e. gossiping, finger pointing, siloed work). On boarding at this company is nonexistent. No matter the department or position, you will most likely not receive adequate training to perform well. There also isn’t very adequate staffing among the departments and it’s very hard for them to recruit meaning you will have too much dumped on your plate. They also lack visionary and strategic leadership so the structure will also contribute to your misery.
