They do NOT promote within!!!!!!!!!!! You will be in the same place unless you come in as a Manager or above. Leadership does not listen to you and none is promoted within or have the knowledge of the company. There are favorites! If you don't fit into their liking you will be overlooked! They don't do what's best for the company. They do what's best for their friends and themselves!!! Leadership comes in with "tons" of experience but lack the basic fundamentals! There are ZERO team building in the Tampa office. HR is for leadership not the Employees! Often runs back everything that the employees has to say and it causes a hostile work environment. NO consistency!!!!!
