I have been an employee with Leading Path Consulting for 6 months and in my opinion the focus on the "3 R's" really show the character of this company. Leading Path's individual relationships with the partners and employees is personal. Their reputation has proven to be consistent, winning the Blue Ribbon Small Business award for the second year. As for results, I've had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with several of the partners to discuss and chart my future education and career path. I am excited to be part of this great company.
