Friendly management - Management is easily approachable and always will provoke your thought process before jumping into solution. 3. Good salary standards - Salary structure is great compared to market standards. 4. Great Project Management - All tasks are being recorded and KPIs are evaluated in time to time period and brings in the time management culture by nature of work. 5. Employee is highly respected and motivated. Hikes and Salaries gives motivation to perform in a competitive manner. One of the few consultancies I have worked , which has good technical and great work culture.
