      Great Team, Multiple Client Projects

      Literally the worst Management! The team is nice but the management team is really really bad. Not at all a great place to work! The only good thing was to get multiple client specific projects but they make you write a bond if you're a fresher and the pay is not great for the work they make you do! The role is more like BA + PM role and they dont pay you enough. No benefits for employee well being. Doesnt encourage work from home. The working environment is the worst here.

The company offers wide exposure across multiple areas with cross functional collaborations. You get the opportunity to work closely with leadership and see your ideas take shape. The environment encourages learning, creativity, and initiative. I personally had the chance to work on several projects from the ground up, which helped me strengthen both my strategic and execution skills. Pros: Exposure to multiple domains, creative freedom, supportive colleagues, and opportunities to lead projects independently.
