Learned alot through my years, a son strarting out as demo and cleanup to the top as project manager... I was given the tools needed to succeed, but it was up to me to determine how those tools would be used.

Very accommodating, when it comes to work availability. They were easy to get along with and had good management.

Cominucation between trades wasn't always prioritized, making for confusing job sites. And management tried to cut back on expenses a lot but did so in the wrong areas.
