Too often the sales team would over sell features and products just to get the deal done. Resulting in some pissed off people when they realize they were sold something that either was still a concept or not built out yet. Lots of my clients that had this experience ended up churning. Leadership disconnect is huge at this company. I made a big move after getting approval from my boss only to be told weeks after signing a new lease the move wasnt allowed now. They gutted our team bonuses from implementation and changed it to a CSM-esk meteric instead based on implementation it was then if they renew the next year. You work with them the first few months then they get passed off to the CSMs. They also decided the weekly $10 gift card spin needed to be cut from 10 employees that got a gift card to 5. It's the little things like this, small but its the mindset of removing employee benefits. Yearly raises within the 1% - 2% range
