I worked in Learnfly Academy for two years as a Business Developer. The management of the academy is nice, and the working environment is also very supportive. My experience for two-years had been a cakewalk. Few problems that I faced was easy to overcome because the people around me were very supportive. My seniors guided me in the beginning and helped to adjust to the new environment. Later also they explained me new concepts and projects that we received. The best thing about the Academy is that we all used to work as a team. When I joined the academy, I was a fresher but after two years I was much more confident. I could handle things in a much better way and my decision making too got improved. Before any job, a proper training session for each employee is being conducted. The salary package too which they offered was nice. My reporting manager was also very nice, he told me how to manage things. There was no pressure on any of the employee. As work could balance in a proper way, one could also easily manage personal and professional life. I was guided in the best possible way.

The only negative thing which I faced, was that on some days there were no fixed timings. At times were asked to work late which was not possible each time. Yes, the seniors understood if you cannot stay. But if the management can restrict the timings can fill the only loophole of the Academy. Maybe working on this can improve the entire working condition of the office.
