So supportive, genuinely caring team to help me settle in and get good at the job. Takes your wellbeing seriously and put my own needs front and centre of my training and support. The product is great, and that never leaves any conversation about why we need to do well at our jobs. I lvoed speaking to students knowing we would make a difference and that on bads days, my teammates would always look out for each other.

It just wasnt for me, but I couldnt fault the company and the team around me. I loved working there, and the support of people like Sam, Ash and Matt made me wish I could make it work. Just right job, wrong time!

I’ve worked at Learning People for several years and yes there’s been lots of change but if you’re open to it and get involved then you’ll do really well. It’s a comfortable and friendly office to work in, we get fruit and treats as well as a suite of benefits. Like in any job it can be tough at times but those that listen to what’s being said, are open to new ideas and adapt, do really well here. We also get to hear some fantastic life changing stories from students who have worked with us to change or enhance their careers.

Parking is not great but then that’s Brighton! That said, we’re right by Hove station and we should all be walking more anyway!
