Great people and a great location to work. The idea of the business was awesome. Consultants working in training and other fields. The business got very fortunate during the pandemic because the technology that was holding it back before COVID hit, was the reason they became more successful and bounced back.
Svantaggi
There was very little help given and a sharp focus on metrics more than softer skills. There was a perspective in sales to work more hours than was contracted. Leaving at 5:30 was frowned upon, even if the empoyees started before their contracted hours.
