With regards to your feedback about our emails, we always try our best to communicate in order ensure that important updates and announcements are provided to all our members. Rest assured that we will review this and find ways to lessen the messages that are repetitive.
We are currently working on improving our customer/tutor relationship management software to better prevent these issues from happening.
