Poor management from the top down, disorganized, behind the times in terms of technology- from operations, the computers for the staff , to the programs used- it is all old and inefficient. Orders are scary late and there is a lack of attention to detail for shipping orders, more attention is paid to minute details like staff being ten minutes late than the actual function of the business...this is all in addition to dishonest statements to clients and retailers and on tags of items :(
