I've been in the business about 6 months now, what I love about it is the environment, and the opportunity to set my own goals. In this job everyone encourages you to set your own goals based on what's important to you! This job helped me find what's important to ME in life, and gives me skills to get better at it. You'll always find people to help you in times of need, as long as you ask for it.

This place is not for everyone. The culture is great, and everybody makes you feel welcome, but they will also push you to work harder and usually longer than most jobs. It's not a 9-5 and just like any job it can get frustrating. It is not impossible, but hard to juggle a work/life balance
