I genuinely love working at LegalVision. The people are fantastic, the culture is supportive and collaborative, and it's a place that makes me happy to come to work every day. One thing that stands out to me is the flexibility. As a new mum, balancing work with a baby in nursery has been stressful, especially when I get those unexpected calls to collect him because he's unwell. Throughout it all, LegalVision has been incredibly understanding and supportive. They make it clear that they're there for me, and as long as I continue to work hard and deliver, that effort is recognised and rewarded. That level of trust and flexibility makes a huge difference and is something I really value.

If I had to mention any areas for improvement, I'd say some internal processes could be more streamlined. That said, we're growing and scaling quickly, so I understand these things take time to refine. I'd also love to see the employee benefits evolve over time, as they currently feel fairly standard. Again, I appreciate that this is something that may improve as the business continues to grow. Overall, I think LegalVision is a fantastic place to work. The people, the culture, the flexibility, and the support I receive make it somewhere I'm genuinely happy to be.
