      -My manager checks-in on workload and guides but does not micromanage, which is huge for me. Micromanagement is THE WORST! -Very friendly co-workers. People seem genuinely happy to be there and will introduce themselves if they don't know you. -Competitive salary -Casual dress code -Work/life balance is good and WFH is allowed occasionally -Onsite Gym -Tons of restaurants/ shopping nearby if you need anything during lunch or after work. -Full suite of benefits and 401K matching after a certain time period -Nice office space -Bagel Fridays -Very diverse

      -Tech side is rigid but the company is aware and making an effort to improve this. -Need more conference rooms
