Leaders in place seem content on letting really talented professionals walk out the door. The culture has taken a dramatic turn for the worse in recent months since the acquisition, my department was completely dismantled and everyone went to their previous roles and pay if any. Salaries are being cut across the board. Typical of an online company, schedules vary with department. Customer facing teams have schedules from 7AM - 10 AM non-customer facing are typical business hours.
