Company is starting to head into the next level of growth and maturity, which is really fun to be a part of. Benefits are becoming much more competitive, with things like ESPP and Thanksgiving mental health break. There has been an intentional effort of DNI throughout 2021, and several more women in senior executive positions. I love the lack of office politics - everyone is trying to do right by our customers and decisions are based on the right thing vs. people's personal agendas. I feel very supported by my leadership team - both personally and professionally.
