4yThank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We are proud of progress we've made across our DE&I efforts, and it continues to be a journey for us as we grow as an organization.
There is an increased focused this year on creating career paths and developmental opportunities within each of our teams to so there are more internal opportunities for Zoomers. We are mindful of the support needed across teams and appreciate sharing your experience so we can continue to learn and evolve as company.
We recognize that there have been leadership changes within PM and are working towards creating stability, as it's now a part of CTO organization. In regards to achieving full bonus, our pay for performance approach is tied to creating clear goals and OKRs across our functions and teams, ensuring outcomes are tied to performance rewards.
