Bad management, bad time management, bad resources and programs, they are outsourcing to India. Chaos, lots of confusion between departments and no one is on the same page. Unrealistic metrics. Bad company website, terrible processes in place. Nothing is cohesive. Systems are always failing, bad communication. Focused on making money and not providing a good service. No loyalty, the company is in way over its head, can't keep up with demand and growth. Extremely high turnover.
