* The strategy, roadmap, and almost day-to-day work is all directed by one person: the CEO. There’s no room for innovation or different ideas, nor for second chances if you don’t perform exactly as Dan wants to. * Leadership are just yes men to the CEO. * Stock has been flat for a long time.
