Benefits and time off are great. The support staff at corporate is amazing and very helpful.

They expect front line tellers to open accounts, handle fraud cases, and open CDs for the same pay. There is no clear cut advancement or training schedule. The rules that corporate have for all branches is always up the the branch managers discretion. No matter how you are trained, you manager can override. All customers have to get in good with branch managers to get perks. Managers have been known to make tellers override suspicious transactions and everything against regulations. Managers are not held to the same level of scrutiny or obligation as tellers. They will never get in trouble for their actions. But you will be blamed for it.
