I’ve been at Legend for a couple of years now, and I honestly don’t get where the negative reviews are coming from. No company is perfect – we all make mistakes – but what makes Legend stand out is how we handle them. There’s a culture here where people are encouraged to speak up, share what went wrong, and focus on learning and growing. It’s all about failing fast and improving together, and that’s something I really value.
Coming from a startup, I was worried I’d lose that kind of openness and flexibility, but I’ve been blown away. At Legend, you’re trusted to own your calendar, work on your terms, and just deliver. Leadership is incredibly approachable and supportive – even the owner. He’s super passionate, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares about giving everyone opportunities to grow.
Lately, I’ve had so many chances to develop and try new things. No idea is ever dismissed, and the environment is all about innovation and collaboration.
If you’re reading the negative reviews, take them with a pinch of salt. My experience at Legend has been amazing, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking for flexibility, trust, and a chance to do great work with people who really want to change the gambling niche for the better.

One downside is that we’re not yet able to hire in every country. It’s frustrating knowing there are talented people out there who’d love to join but can’t because of where they’re based. The good news is we’re actively working on expanding our reach globally, so hopefully, that changes soon.
