This is a hard one, the residents are wonderful, most of the staff is pleasant to work with. The facility is nice and I like the nurses station being down the hall.

The drama and gossip reminds me of high school, it's like working with over dramatic hormonal teenagers. There is no true leader, no one has anyone's back, nothing is confidential!! This is a last resort job.
