Staff is kind and hard working.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this company.

Free pie due to over runs and poor scheduling.

Management won't spend the money for proper machinery, they buy on the cheap then they chastise employees when it doesn't run (cartoner, meringue oven, conveyors, cross overs, the list goes on and on). We can never staff the lines because temp employees don't show up because the company will only pay $2 less per hour compared to the other manufacturers in the area. The full time employees are overworked and tired.
