Can be difficult to find the right employees. It certainly takes special breed to work with customers involving their prized possessions in the bitter cold and muggy, stifling heat.
There isn't always a problem solver you can call, you may have to take on some things that would normally be out of your lane. This can be difficult or fun depending on your point of view.
