Time difference being on two different coasts

Remote. Very polite, nice, helpful people. Passionate about their shows. Early career vibe of staff, some right out of school. Try to have lunch together once a week. IT team is awesome.

Unorganized, growing pains of small company, stressful. They are rebuilding staff with a new regime of people that have new clients from another agency. Print division is established but they are also trying to start a new AV division with lack of experience so it was stressful as a seasoned freelancer hired to do heavy lifting doing multiple jobs having to wear different hats to pick up the slack. Lack of collaboration or even communication from producers, (unless things are on fire), and not much established workflow for best practices. At one point a client was calling out our delayed deliveries. But I get the ambition to expand the company.
