As a company structure it's very linear and conducive to an environment of good harmony, where everyone is trusted to lead their own game. Very happy here, to finally find a role that allows me to be creative and real. To present ideas for top management and having most of them bought into, with a common and shared belief of what can be truly beneficial to the business. And if you have something special to bring to the team, coupled with respect for the company, respect for your colleagues, a lot of dedication and loads of enthusiasm, you're in for an amazing journey to the top.
