You will get the tools you need and a helping hand from the top management. As a company structure it's very linear and conducive to an environment of good harmony, where everyone is trusted to lead their own game. Very happy here, to finally find a role that allows me to be creative and real. To present ideas for top management and having most of them bought into, with a common and shared belief of what can be truly beneficial to the business.
