Team is really great. Products and brands are high quality and well-respected in industry. If you land a solid manager, that person will make all the difference, open doors, guide and mentor. Lots of dedicated colleagues, who see the potential to take the company to next level. Sustainability is a huge focus. Working on investing in diversity and inclusion. Company is big on advancing women and LGBT colleagues, and in the USA is paying more attention to support Black and POC colleagues as well, and considering other ERGs. Senior Management (esp CEO) is willing to listen and learn and change the company for the better. Good benefits, mostly 401K. Lots of chances to get engaged in things beyond your role. Handling COVID really really well, with a lot of care given to staff across North America. Company still growing steady.

Plates of the people willing to volunteer pile up very quickly, while others do not raise their hand or are even asked. There are clear favorites. Also, some managers do not trust their teams, and it shows, creating difficult teams. (this is probably not specific to this company) Benefits are a bit tighter than other companies of this size. Company could invest more in innovation.
