      Corporate staff completely disconnected from the direct employees - lack of comprehensible vision/strategy. Too many MBA's in decision making positions focused on period sucess and not enough commitment to the "long war" - ie, no real vision for a sustainable, long term business model(s).

      Employed barely company is going under

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
