      Since being absorbed by SAIC/Leidos the management has lost touch with those that do their best to perform above the client's expectations. Reviews should be performed annually, but it seems unlikely any of the remaining management knows enough about the people to effectively conduct a fair assessment of merit.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
