      No clear promotion paths. Micromanagement. Failure to retain key staff, and unable to attract new staff. Hard work is not rewarded. Little or no time to upskill. Lack of new contracts.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
