      -Pay hasn’t been super competitive for my personal track, though they absolutely have taken steps to retain me. -Getting in the door is difficult. Good faith effort is a must (you kinda gotta be a try-hard, but they do uphold their end)

      Employed barely company is going under

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
