      Stressful and lack of support from senior managers. Unrealistic targets. Personally McDelivery will ruin the business. Retention will not improve until the volume decreases. Only want to promote people until they want to leave .

      Some targets can be difficult to reach and ruins the customer experience as you are more focused on targets for it to look like good service than actually providing good service.
