The content - insurance, yes! - is surprisingly cool. Lemonade really tries to approach things in a way that's so consumer centric, and they're constantly building out new products, launching in new markets, etc. The leadership is brilliant and thoughtful, and when in person, the office spaces are all amazing.

It's no longer a "start-up", at least not in the sense of it being 50 people where everyone is involved with everything. It's nearly tripled in size in the last 1-2 years, and there are definite growing pains associated with that.
