- Some nice colleagues to work and socialize with. - Company with a remote first culture.

- Arrogant and overconfident couple of founders, that believe they know the insides of every function in the company, which is not true. - Systemically misinforming the company staff. - The culture is permeated by a sense of fear and "dog eat dog" mentality. - People feel they are expendable. - Lack of domain knowledge in logistics, which should be the company's strong point. - Tech stack in terrible state, that will need to be thrown away and be redeveloped from scratch. Too many cooks cooking in the same pot for too long. - Multiple cloud providers, multiple web frameworks, multiple even bus systems for a company managing 50 orders per day.

I have been with Lendis for a few years now. We surely had our ups and downs. From hypergrowth to mass layoffs, Lendis is a startup journey through and through. However, now more than ever, it seems like we have found our flow. I really enjoy the clear focus each team has. Even though we had to drop a few exciting projects, it seems like we now get more done with less.

It's more a wish: Let's keep building on current stability and not chase crazy new ideas from investors.
