Vantaggi
No real pros. This company promises alot of health care and other perks, but youll be lucky to even stay employed enough to receive them
Svantaggi
Lennar presents itself to new hires with excessive enthusiasm and polished promises, effectively “love bombing” candidates with talk of opportunity, culture, and values. However, once onboard, many discover that the reality of the role does not match what was presented during the hiring process. Job responsibilities are often broader, more demanding, or fundamentally different than described, creating a sense of being misled from the start. Despite frequently promoting words like integrity and quality, those principles are not reflected in practice. Repeated layoffs—sometimes occurring as often as every six months—undermine any claim of stability or commitment to employees. A company that routinely discards its workforce while marketing itself as value-driven raises serious trust concerns, and its actions suggest that profit and optics take priority over people and integrity.
