Management culture of disparagement and bullying. Only nasty people get promoted. Very high turnover due to toxic work environment. Management does not care about employees' futures. Employees discouraged from self-advancement, like learning new skills. No constructive feedback given. Hard to use vacation. Management paid me a visit on site to intimidate me after I took two sick days. When I was finally able to take a week-long vacation, my supervisor blew up my phone all week with disparaging texts and voicemails, and tried to intimidate me when I returned. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.
