Promises that Lennar managers made to always be flexible and never have issues when it came to work life balance were not fulfilled. Protection period on leads is brief; little to no support from leadership and systems are always broken or being ignored when needing IT support. Promised salary of at least $150k, reality is it takes almost a year to start seeing commissions and it takes even longer to make a living wage. Shift work is grueling and leaves very little time for any life outside of work.
