Great work environment. Employees were all easy to get along with and management was good at my store and my region. Regional manager did interact with employees at the bottom level which made it feel a little less corporate.

Starting Salary is determinate of future salaries since it is all percentage based. Some meetings of company wide policies were pretty sterile and had too much of a corporate feel.
