There aren't many pros. You get one free pair of glasses a year, but once you realize how overpriced the glasses are you won't appreciate that "generosity" as much.

Corporate retail. The company is out at all times to make their shareholders happy. This means low pay, low support with computers and other "cutting edge" technology, little room for any real promotions for those who can stomach it and little recognition for your value as an employee.
