      Great sales for employees that offer up to 75% of a complete pair. I have a great team at my location and work with some awesome managers. They do offer great SPIFFs from time to time with up to a $5/unit bonus. Even part time employees are covers under Eye Med for an annual eye exam.

      The company cares more about making hours, even if there are no customers in the store, and customer count than anything. Commissions are based on store performance and not individual.
