The company overall needs to do better. The work expectations and goals are Unrealistic. If your team doesn’t make goal for the week you won't receive Commission pay. There’s no work life balance at all you work long hours and very understaff. Management barley comes out on the floor to help there team. Is very competitive, manager is always trying to catch a sale not really going by the customer needs.
