Negativity in the office because everyone is discouraged from being mismanaged all the time by incompetent leaders. Stay ahead Leadership is consistently reactive instead of proactive. They randomly invent new initiatives overnight and create an unnecessary sense of urgency that creates stress amongst junior level employees for no reason Other platform competitors have surpassed Lenus tech by light years- making it impossible to sell the product. Sales leaders blame the sales team- instead of supporting the sales team or solving the root cause with the product team. When you miss your signing target because of this, you will be fired. Be Curious Absolutely no time to innovate because of busy work leadership will assign you on top of all of your unrealistic targets. Leaders have absolutely no experience and just talk their way to the top, they don’t invest in hiring leaders that have actual industry experience. Spread trust Leadership consistently makes junior level employees a scapegoat for their mismanagement and the toxic culture Sales team is consistently punished for the failure of leaders and other departments- expect to be fired or be put on a performance plan within a year of joining the team. They will burn you out, use you for your work and they will fire you.
