      Awesome team and a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and learn new skills

      Not really any cons, typical startup things like “wear a lot of hats” and it can feel like everything is urgent at times. My only issue is that there were no raises given while I worked there, even to employees who received raises exemplary performance reviews.

      Such great teamwork and spirit, I loved every minute of working with the team. The work was challenging, but I always had autonomy and support when I needed it. The team runs every week were another perk - and really helped build community within the company. This is honestly one of the best office cultures I've worked in.

      * It is a start up so I've definitely felt the workload from time to time but if it gets too much it's never been an issue to take time off or pump the brakes alittle bit. * As part of getting hired in the US, the company is moving me to the UK. The visa process during the pandemic has been a bit frustrating and remote work on a different continent is a challenge from time to time.
